(I like my mangos nice and ripe) What I am doing now is to place the cutter on the mango according to the instructions provided, and making an indent of the blade pattern into the mango.

After the touch-up, it worked to perfection, but I do notice that when beginning the cut, it still had a little trouble piercing the skin without starting to mush it.
